INJECTABLES

Neurotoxins such as Dysport or Botox - can treat dynamic facial lines and overactive muscles, to eliminate and reduce wrinkles of the face.

This treatment requires no down-time, and you can resume normal activities the same day!

You will notice the effects of gradual muscle relaxation and improvement in wrinkle appearance within 3-4 days after the injection. Full effects are apparent after one week, and results typically last up to 4 months. Although not permanent, great results can be continued with regular injections performed every 3-4 months.

Don’t be afraid of a frozen look! Rather than freezing the treated area, Dysport relaxes the muscles that make you look angry or sad to provide natural-looking results.

There are many applications, but Dysport / Botox are commonly used in the following areas:

  • Glabellar lines – deep furrows between the eyebrows

  • Horizontal lines of the forehead

  • Crow’s feet- or fine lines around the eyes

  • Dimpling of the chin

  • Eyebrow lift – to create a more pleasing shape

  • Lip flip - for lip lines or gummy smile

  • Platysmal neck bands

  • TMJ / Jaw related clenching and discomfort

  • Neck slimming / Trap tox

BIOSTIMULATORS

*PRF / EZ-GEL

$499+

Consultation $100

Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) is an advanced regenerative treatment.  After performing a simple blood draw, your own blood contents are purified to separate out the naturally occurring growth factors and fibrin - which promote healing and tissue regeneration.  It is then compounded with solutions designed to create an injectable liquid or volumizing gel. You get immediate and long lasting results, while providing improvements to skin or hair health.

In aesthetics, biostimulators are increasingly used for:

  • Hair loss / Regeneration

  • Filling lip lines, tear troughs and neck lines: stimulates fibroblasts, leading to increased collagen and elastin production, which helps to restore skin elasticity and volume

  • Hydration: The fibrin matrix promotes better hydration by creating a supportive environment for cells, leading to plumper and more hydrated skin

  • Natural Healing: Reduce the risk of allergic reactions and enhance overall skin texture by reducing the appearance of fine lines

FAQ’S

01. How to Prep for Your Appointment

Avoid blood thinning supplements (fish oil/flaxseed oil/omega-3, multivitamins, vitamin E, gingko, ginseng, garlic and glucosamine)  & over-the-counter pain relievers (NSAIDS such as advil, ibuprofen, motrin, aleve, excedrin and aspirin) as they can increase your risk of bruising, pre-treat with anti-bruise supplements such as Arnica and pineapple, avoid alcohol consumption in the days leading up to your injection visit.

02. When should I schedule my injections? I want to look my best for a big event!

Tox results are not instant - it will take 1-2 weeks to see results, so we recommend to schedule at least 4 weeks in advance of a major event in case a touch-up or adjustment is needed.

Bruising and swelling are very typical after Filler, especially for the first few days/weeks after injections. Remember most filler results take 2 weeks to completely heal.

Sculptra is a long-term investment, final results will take several months, and a series of 2-3 visits are recommended. Ideally start 6 months in advance of your event!

As always - plan ahead during this time!  It’s ok to wear make-up, but we would not want to crash your photo shoot/special event with an unsightly bruise!

03. What to Expect after Injections

No massage or facials for 48 hours after your injections. Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours, to minimize bruising. You can wear make-up, just apply gently.
