HI, I’M PAMELA

The Founder of Injecting Indy - Pamela Lambert Gray, M.S., PA-C is a board-certified Physician Associate (PA), with over 15 years of experience and specialty training in aesthetic medicine, plastic head/neck surgery and otolaryngology. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Denver with a major in Biology and double minors in Chemistry and Psychology. She then graduated with distinction from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine at the New York Institute of Technology, earning a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2009. 

She is a fellow in the American Academy of PA’s and has been elected to several terms as a state and specialty leader for the House of Delegates to the AAPA. She has served on the board of directors for the Society of PA’s in Otorhinolaryngology/ Head & Neck Surgery, and is actively on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Association of PA’s. She is heavily involved in PA Education, spending over 10 years in the roles of Adjunct Faculty and Assistant Clinical Professor at several PA programs. In addition, has enjoyed serving as the Student Rotation Director for Surgery, and is still an active Clinical Preceptor in the Division of Facial Plastic Surgery/Medical Aesthetics.

“After relocating to Indianapolis in 2020. I joined as a provider at the Northside ENT and Chegar Facial Plastic Surgery Groups. Prior to this, I enjoyed practicing at an ENT/Facial Plastics private practice office in Southern California for over eight years. In this role, I was voted “Best Of The Inland Empire” in 2019, for providing Aesthetic services. Given my extensive background in surgery, I bring valuable knowledge of procedural techniques and facial anatomy. As a result, I tend to focus on giving precise and artistic treatments, with an emphasis on achieving a natural and refined transformation.

I truly value the personal interaction I have with each of my patients. To me, it is so much more than the stellar aesthetic and wellness outcomes that we achieve. I thrive on building authentic relationships, and watching you find confidence through the treatments that I offer. When you step into my office, I hope you feel like you’re not one of many, but that you are one of mine! I am honored to help you achieve your aesthetic/wellness vision.

When not involved in patient care, my husband and I adore chasing after our daughter, who is an active toddler. We love traveling and being outdoors - and I also spend my time snuggling and playing with our dog, gardening, biking, snowboarding, and of course cooking meals for large family gatherings. We are so grateful to call Indiana home and can’t wait to welcome you in our Injecting Indy Family!”
